Applying Spatial Philosophy

My second year at Judson built upon my understanding of spatial design. This project, the third of the four we did that year, was a study on outdoor liminal space.
  • The theory was simple: one can engage with the structure efficiently and uncomfortably—with tall walls flanking a narrow corridor that is straight through and obvious—or, one can take more time to engage with the sturcture comfortably. Which path would you choose?
